Bring your booth to our community.

Local food, retail, and craft vendors are invited to join Battle Cancer Community Alliance fundraising events. Vendors bring their own setup and donate a silent auction prize that helps fund cancer survivors right here in Calhoun County.

What you bring

  • Your own tent or canopy
  • Tables, chairs, and tablecloths
  • Signage and display fixtures
  • Anything else you need to run your booth

What you donate

  • One silent auction prize, sized to match your booth
  • Featured at the event's silent auction
  • A laminated photo of the prize stays at the auction for security
  • Winners claim their prize from your booth at the end of the event
  • 100% of bids fund cancer survivors in our county

How it works

  • Vendor booths line the streets at our community fundraising events. Spots and layout vary by event.
  • You bring everything you need: tent, tables, chairs, signage, display fixtures, and any power you require. We do not provide booth equipment.
  • Each booth donates one silent auction prize. Bigger booth = bigger prize. Use your judgment on what fits your business.
  • Provide a laminated photo of your prize. The photo stays at the silent auction tables so bidders can see what they're bidding on; the prize itself remains with you for security.
  • When bidding closes, winners come to your booth with their winning ticket to claim their prize directly from you.
  • Booth pricing varies by event, size, and location. Reach out and we'll confirm your spot for the event you'd like to join.
